Pawar rubbishes rumours of his health

NCP chief and Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar today scotched rumours of his health, saying he was perfectly fine and visiting agriculture research institutes in Karnataka.

Pawar visited the Cardamom Research Centre in Madikeri in Karnataka and reviewed his functioning as rumours swirled about his ill-health. "I am perfectly fine. I am in Karnataka visiting ICAR institutes," he said.

In Mumbai, the Maharahstra unit of the NCP issued a statement saying Pawar was in good health and urged people to ignore the rumours.
