NZ cricketer Jesse Ryder in coma after bar brawl

New Zealand cricketer Jesse Ryder was rushed to the hospital after he was involved in a bar brawl on Wednesday evening.

The left hander, is believed to be in Intensive Care Unit in Christchurch Hospital. According to reports, Ryder has sustained a fractured skull and is currently in coma.

Ryder was accompanied by his Wellington provincial side after they were beaten by Canterbury in a domestic match.

The 28-year old was due to fly to India later this week to represent Delhi Daredevils in the Indian Premiere League.

Several reports have suggested that Musharraf will also contest the polls from two other constituencies in Sindh and Punjab provinces.
