Sachin, SM Krishna granted leave from Parliament

More news from Parliament: Our sources in Delhi tell us that Sachin Tendulkar has written to the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha on today seeking his to grant him leave for the first half of Union Budget session as he was busy playing cricket.

The house agreed in unison to grant him leave.

Another Rajya Sabha MP S M Krishna, the former Union Minister for external affairs, has written to the the chairman seeking leave. Krishna was also given permission.
