More on the president's visit to Mauritius. Our source said that Mauritius Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam didn't just have a sharp mind, he was interesting personality.

When a newsman asked whether he felt Mauritius was being maligned as tax haven, Ramgoolam said, yes, it was being maligned. "We are the best administered country, and we believe in transparency. We shall never allow the financial markets to misuse our innocence," he said.
