Gang rape: JJB to hear inquiry against minor today

CNN-IBN reports: The Juvenile Justice Board will start an inquiry on Wednesday against the 17-year-old minor accused in Delhi gang rape case.

In its last hearing on February 28, the board framed charges of murder, gangrape, kidnapping and robbery.

Meanwhile, the minor has claimed innocence and is contesting the charges in the brutal gang rape case of a 23-year-old paramedical student in a moving bus in the outskirts of the capital on December 16, 2012.
