Malala Yousafzai among 259 Nobel nominees

This year's Nobel Peace Prize nominees include Pakistani teenage women education activist Malala Yousafzai, and US soldier Bradley Manning, who had been accused of leaking classified material to WikiLeaks.  

This time a record 259 nominations have been received for Nobel Peace Prize, out of which fifty nominations were for organizations.  

The secretive committee that awards the prize doesn't identify the nominees, but those with nomination rights sometimes announce their picks, CBS News reports.
