SC to govt: Name steps to stop LoC soldier killings

The Supreme court has issued a notice to the government on the basis of a PIL asking what steps it has taken to prevent the killing of Indian soldiers by Pakistanis at the Line of Control. The SC has also tagged the PIL with the killing and torture of Saurabh Kalia. Two Indian soldiers were killed and one beheaded by Pakistani troops in January this year.
