Akhilesh meets DSP's widow, promises CBI probe

UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav has promised a CBI probe into the murder of Dy SP Zia-ul-Haque. Haque's wife has said she will not bury the body till Akhilesh met the family and promised a CBI probe. Haque was dragged and shot dead by a mob of alleged Samajwadi supporters in a village last night after the murder of a ruling party pradhan and his brother, prompting allegations of a collapse of law and order.
