Rahul in Mumbai: Expect major traffic disruptions

If you are planning to take the Western Express Highway, in Mumbai, don't. Rahul Gandhi is in the city and southbound traffic on the WEH has been blocked.

Gandhi is on a one-day visit to Mumbai. From the airport he is headed to Tilak Bhavan, Dadar, at 9:45 am, where he will be meeting with office bearers of the District Congress Committees & Block Congress Presidents of Mumbai.

Then at 1.30 pm he will be meeting with the elected Congress Members of Mumbai Municipal Corporation. At 2:45 pm, he will attend the extended executive meeting of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee.
