Times of India reports: The CBI's chargesheet in the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case to be filed next week may spell trouble for Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
It is likely to explain that an important accused in the encounter case has given leads to the March 2003 murder of Haren Pandya, who was Mod''s bitter political enemy. Pandya was gunned down at Law Garden in Ahmedabad in what the CBI had described as a reprisal attack in the wake of 2002 anti-Muslim pogrom.
