The Gujarat State Congress has issued a regret note after they wrongly issued a press release expressing sorrow for the "demise of Nelson Mandela."

Mandela is in a serious condition, but alive as the world watches and praying for his health.Congress spokesman Jairajsinh Parmar said that it was a mistake and has offered an apology.

He said that Gujarat stae Congress is praying for the long live of Mandela, the legendary leader of South Africa.
