The Gujarat state Congress has never been known for it's efficiency. But on Wednesday it issued a press release to mourn the "death of Nelson Mandela."

There are surely rumours on internet about his demise but without waiting for a final word from South African government, Gujarat Congress went ahead and said that how their leaders Arjun Modhwadia and Shankersinh Vaghela have "expressed deep sorrow over the demise of legendary leader" of South Africa President and Nobel leaurate Mandela.
