Khurshid heads to Iraq to improve bilateral relations

External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid will undertake a two-day visit to Iraq on June 19. India will look to expand relations on issues of common interest. Oil imports from Iraq will also be high on Khurshid's agenda even as New Delhi continues to reduce its dependence on oil from Iran. The visit also takes place a month ahead of the India-US strategic dialogue in New Delhi at the foreign ministers level.
