A tweet by Amitav Ghosh in the light of the fact that George Orwell's 1984 has registered a 10,000% increase in sales on Amazon after the recent Prism: Interesting that Orwell's Big Brother grew out of his wartime job at BBC's Eastern Service where he was broadcasting to India.
