Which minister is writing his memoir?

One Union minister has begun writing his memoirs, which will be released in August 2014. The book is expected to simmer with inside facts about what transpired during the UPA's tenure in power and could tar its political leadership. The tell-all may especially be embarrassing for Dr Manmohan Singh. Even if he does not remain prime minister after the next Lok Sabha election, Dr Singh will be a member of the Rajya Sabha till 2019.
