Cong ministers openly 'frustrated, angry' with leadership

There seem to be four categories of union ministers -- bitter, angry, disgusted and arrogant. That's an analysis by a senior union minister, who shall not be named. Frustrated and fuming ministers have begun to accuse the central leadership openly -- a dangerous trend.
Out of 29 Union Cabinet Ministers, 25 are from Congress. Of these, there are five ministers who are bitter with the Prime Minister. Then there are 15 ministers who are not only angry with the PM, but also with the Congress.
Union ministers say that there are four ministers who fall directly into the arrogant category, who will remain arrogant whether the Congress stays in power in 2014 or otherwise.
