No clean chit to Raj Kundra yet, probe still on: Delhi CP

"As of now, there is no evidence to show Raj Kundra had asked any player to under-perform," says Neeraj Kumar. "We are yet to decide on whether to question Shilpa Shetty. The Gambling Act in India is governed by an act framed in 1867. The Delhi police commissioner said no money has been recovered from Kundra, and refused to specify the amounts the RR owner is said to have lost in betting.

"It is still an open question whether Raj Kundra can be given a clean chit, investigations are still going on. We have withheld Kundra's passport till the probe against him is over," said Kumar.
