Son chains 90-yr-old man man in Bangalore

CNN IBN reports that a 90-year-old man, chained by his son, has been hospitalised. This comes in wake of news yesterday of a 35-year-old woman who was allegedly locked up in a room by her parents for about five years. She was rescued by the police from her house in Bangalore.
