Sibal: Need terrorism tips from Modi as he's involved in one
June 05, 2013  13:15
Addressing the issue of internal security in the backdrop of the just-concluded chief ministers' meet held by the PM, Narendra Modi says the centre has done nothing on internal security in the last 10 years. "All the Centre does is talk, but it is the states that have to ensure action. These meetings (on internal security) have only become an annual exercise in futility. The country is with Raman Singh and Chhattisgarh. We will not lose the fight against Naxals."

Meanwhile, law minister Kapil Sibal takes a jibe at Modi at the NCTC meet. Speaking to CNN IBN, Sibal says Modi knows a lot on terror, knows how it works. "We need tips on Modi on terrorism because he is involved in one," he said.

Modi had earlier challenged the government to arrest him in the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case, saying he was not afraid to go to jail.
