Sanjay Jagdale won't return to BCCI

Sanjay Jagdale, who stepped down as BCCI chief, in wake of the IPL betting controversy said he will not return to the Board.

"I have conveyed by decision to the BCCI. Even if they ask me to join today, I won't change my decision to quit," he told CNN-IBN.

This leaves BCCI's caretaker chief Jagmohan Damliya with a though task -- to appoint a new secretary.
