Narayana Murthy on his son Rohan Murthy's role in Infosys: I have been away from executive responsibilities for the last seven years therefore I am not as much in touch with the youth of Infosys. Post-retirement period was set apart for doing things with youngsters I enjoy working with. My son Rohan will be my executive assistant. He has no leadership role. Strong cadre of management at Infosys... the only role that Rohan has is to make me more.
