The Congress Working Committee has been summoned on Tuesday at 5:30 pm at 10 Janpath in New Delhi to discuss the Telangana issue. An email and text messages were circulated to all the CWC members and Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, while six Andhra Congress leaders were summoned as special invitees.
