Dawood, Shakeel likely to be named in IPL spot-fixing chargesheet

CNN-IBN reports: The Delhi police is is likely to file a chargesheet on the Indian Premier League spot-fixing case today. The police have reportedly named underworld dons Dawood Ibrahim and Chotta Shakeel saying they virtually controlled spot-fixing.
