SC refuses CBI probe in IPL spot-fixing scandal

The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a PIL seeking shifting of the probe into the IPL spot-fixing scandal from Delhi and Mumbai police to the CBI to unearth the larger conspiracy.

A bench headed by Justice B S Chauhan asked petitioner Sharmila Ghuge, an educationist in a Mumbai law college, to approach the high court.
