MNS workers hold two BMC engineers captive: Repair potholes or else!

While Mumbai battles the rains, MNS workers are waging war with the BMC. Party functionaries have been holding two BMC engineers captive over the bad roads in Dadar. They say the engineers will not be freed till the potholes are repaired. Complaints about potholes have gone unheeded, says the MNS.
