Rains lashed Delhi Monday morning causing further headaches for commuters after monsoon downpours last weekend led to traffic jams, power outages and more flooding at the city's international airport.

On Saturday 123.4 millimeters of rain was recorded in 12 hours in Delhi, the highest level since 2009 when 126 mm fell, and the third highest in a decade. Read
