Meanwhile, Reliance ADAG Chairman Anil Ambani and his wife Tina Ambani have moved the Supreme Court against the trial court's order summoning them as prosecution witness in 2G scam case.  The SC agrees to hear Ambani's plea and has posted the case for a hearing on Wednesday.

A Delhi court last week ruled that the couple would have to testify as witnesses in the telecom case. The CBI said that Ambani, as a prosecution witness, can help explain the actions of his executives, Gautam Doshi, Surendra Pipara and Hari Nair, who are on bail. The agency also said that Tina Ambani had presided over the meetings where key decisions related to Swan Telecom were taken, but in the event that Anil Ambani's testimony was complete, Tina would not have to testify.
