Dawood, Union minister involved in IPL spot fixing

Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and an Union minister was involved in the IPL spot fixing scandal, according to the Intelligence Bureau.

While the identity of the Union minister is still unknown, Dawood's voice samples were identified in the calls intercepted by investigators probing the spot fixing case.
