Snow white union minister leaves cabinet tittering

A certain union minister known for his affinity to talcum powder and face cream was the target of much sniggering at the cabinet meeting when he appeared looking more bleached than he usually does.

In fact, the murmurs were so loud that the stoic Prime Minister turned around to find out what was happening. The cabinet meeting got over on a lighter vein, but not before ministers commented that the changed look of the unuion minister was because he was due to appear for a press briefing on the food security bill.
