Chhapra mid-day meal horror: Postmortem report says insecticide in food or oil

Some of the postmortem reports on the children who died in Chhapra, Bihar, this week after an insecticide-laced mid-day meal is out. A preliminary report says that the insecticide was either in the food or the cooking oil. A chemical analysis of the ingredients seized from the school is still pending.
