Bihar education minister says mid-day meal was poisoned

Bihar's education minister has said the mid-day meal that killed 20 students of a primary school in Bihar was poisoned.

He has said that a probe will find out if the poisoning was deliberate or accidental.

50 students have been admitted to hospital of which nine are said to be critical.
