Dr Narendra Jadhav may be next RBI governor

Dr Narendra Jhadav is likely to be appointed as the next Governor of Reserve Bank of India from September 6. Dr Jhadav is a member of the Planning Commission and is also the key person in the National Advisory Council. Many of his theories have attracted Sonia Gandhi and in a couple of personal interactions, Sonia has sought to have his position elevated. It seems Dr Jhadav understands what Sonia wants, better than most.
