Snippet from Delhi's power corridors: Buzz is that Congress Political Secretary Ahmed Patel is being eased out steadily, thanks to Rahul Gandhi taking full control of the Congress organisation.

If analysed closely, it seems that Sonia is slowly and steadily transferring power to Rahul.
