Congress core group refers Telangana issue to CWC

Vicky Nanjappa reports: The meeting of the core committee of the Congress discussing the formation of Telangana state has ended in New Delhi. The issue has been referred to the Congress Woking Committee, which will take a final decision on the states formation.
