Rape survivor's tongue cut off in UP to prevent court testimony

Horrific news on the rape survivor who was mutilated in UP. The girl's tongue has been cut off so that she can't give her statement in court on July 24. Of the three accused, one is in jail, two are absconding.

The place where the incident occurred is Pratapgarh, is the fiefdom of Uttar Pradesh Minister former minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya accused of killing a DSP in Pratapgarh district.
