Crucial Cong meeting on Telangana tomorrow

A crucial meeting of the Congress Core Group tomorrow will discuss the Telangana issue with "both options open" as a decision "cannot be postponed anymore", senior party leader Digvijay Singh said today.

Singh, who is the general secretary in-charge for Andhra Pradesh, said the Centre has to consult UPA partners but will have to take Opposition parties on board too.

Signs that the government may be veering around to the creation of Telangana.
