Ilavarasan's father petitions to get case transferred to CBI

Update on what's happening in Dharmapuri.

Rediff.com's Ganesh Nadar reports that Ilavarasan's father Elangovan ahs petitioned the Madras High Court to transfer his son's case to the CBI. Copies of the petition have also been sent to the Tamil Nadu Chief minister and the home minister. He also said that the local SP Asra Garg could have caught the murderers in 48 hours, but could not do it as the case was transferred to the TN state CB-CID.
