CBI: Ishrat, others illegally confined, sedated, killed

The CBI has asked the trial court for more time to gather evidence and prove whether there was in fact, a conspiracy. The CBI says Gujarat cops were deployed in different places to manage the encounter.

The chargesheet says that Ishrat and the others were illegally confined before being killed in a staged encounter. The CBI says it has the evidence to prove it.
