CBI: Ishrat chargesheet based on evidence, not politics

Criminal conspiracy, abduction, murder, illegal confinement: The charges against the cops in the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case.

The CBI chargesheet says the four were bundled into a vehicle and then summarily killed at the encounter site. The four were kept in separate farmhouses before the execution.

The CBI tells NDTV that the chargesheet was based on evidence not politics.
