2G case: CBI moves SC for cancelling Chandra's bail

The CBI has moved the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of bail of Sanjay Chandra, MD of Unitech Ltd, who is an accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case.

The agency alleged that he tried to "sabotage the trial".

The agency alleged that Chandra misused the relief given to him and has violated the terms and conditions of bail.

The CBI alleged that the conduct of Chandra was questionable during the period of bail as he had approached prosecutor A K Singh and was found discussing crucial witnesses.
