Uttarakhand floods: 1,500 still stranded, 3,000 missing

NDTV reports: At least 1,500 people, including locals, are still stranded at Badrinath and Harsil and rescue operations are on to bring them to safety. 3,000 people remain missing, almost a fortnight after floods wreaked havoc in Uttarakhand.
