Free rations, zero interest loans, orphans to be adopted by state: Bahuguna

The Uttarakhand CM adds that no construction activity will be allowed on river banks. Rural development minister Jairam Ramesh who is also addressing the meet with Bahuguna says the Asian Development Bank will also be giving a grant for the state. Aid will also be received from the World Bank.

Bahuguna added that interest on loans given by the state government will be waived for a year.
