The famous Baritone sings live for peace

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan sang the song Rang De Basanti 'live' at a concert last night in Mumbai aimed at promoting peace.

Bachchan sang the song along with music director Aadesh Srivastava at the concert, 'Global Sounds of Peace', organised at the Andheri Sports Complex last night.

"I want to thank the public for attending the concert. Normally the concerts related to films have a different ambience and music. But looking at the presence of people out here I did not know that they like such music too... as it was a little classical," Bachchan told reporters.

"Performing live is always tough. It involves a lot of hard work. Live music and audience makes it tough," he said.
