HC rejects Talwars' plea against additional documents

A plea of dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, challenging the CBI's decision to file additional documents in connection with the murder trial of Aarushi-Hemraj, has been rejected by the Allahabad high court.

The petitioners had claimed that filing of the documents at a stage where "as many as 15 prosecution witnesses stand examined and cross-examined" would "prejudice the accused".
