BJP resolution hails Gadkaris tenure

In the meanwhile, BJP leader Ananth Kumar briefed the media, after the conclusion of the BJP parliamentary board meeting in New Delhi, which endorsed the name of Rajnath Singh for party president's post.

Ananth Kumar said senior leader L K Advani, chief of the BJP parliamentary board, passed a resolution in the meeting hailing the tenure of Nitin Gadkari as the party president. Members present in the meeting, including Gadkari, Rajnath, Jaitley, Swaraj among others, accepted the resolution. However, there was no word on Rajnath's elevation.
