Former Mr India commits suicide in Kerala

Former 'Mr India' Rex Varghese allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his house in Thrissur today, the police said.

The body of the 34-year-old was found hanging at his house at Koratty near Thrissur this morning, they said.

Rex, a bachelor, won the 'Mr India' title in 2007 and worked in Railways for a short period. Presently he was unemployed.

Investigations are on to ascertain the reason of suicide.
