Dhoni hit on thumb again, survives injury scare

India survived an injury scare ahead of the penultimate one-dayer against England with skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni being hit on the thumb yet again during the team's practice session, in Mohali today.

Dhoni was hit on the thumb after a delivery from Manpreet Gony rose awkwardly, leaving him in pain for a brief period. He was attended by the team physio and gave up the batting session for a while, before resuming net practice again.
