Rahul's 1st speech as Cong VP: It's a huge honour

Rahul Gandhi in his address to the party workers at the Chintan Shivir in Jaipur thanked them for his elevation to the post of Congress vice president. "This is a huge honour for me. I am thankful to everyone," he said.

He started saying that he will first speak in English and then in Hindi at the Congress meet.
