Rahul to deliver his first speech as Cong VP today

Rahul Gandhi, who was elevated to the rank of the vice president on Saturday evening, will be the party's show-stopper at the Chintan Shivir in Jaipur. He will make his first political speech as the party's vice-president later in the day.
