Delhi gang rape prime accused to move Supreme Court

Just in: Prime accused Ram Singh in the rape and murder of the Delhi physiotherapist will move the Supreme Court seeking for the trial to be moved to any state out of Uttar Pradesh. His lawyer says Ram Singh fears he will not get justice if the case is tried in UP. The court will now hear the case on January 21.
